As the Director of Product Design, I lead the end‑to‑end vision, strategy, and execution of all design initiatives across the platform. As the sole lead designer, I own every aspect of the product experience—from concept and research through UX, UI, prototyping, and final delivery. I define the design direction for existing products, drive the creation of entirely new offerings, and ensure that every solution is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals. I partner closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex requirements into user‑first experiences that accelerate growth, strengthen customer adoption, and differentiate the platform in the market
