Working in the athletics' department as an Assistant Athletic Marketing director was a pleasure. My main objective was to increase event ticket sales via our digital assets. To do this, I created a social media strategy that integrated specifically with our digital and design assets. This gave me the opportunity to be both a product manager and designer in one role - something I loved. We adjusted the digital assets to reflect the social media strategy as well as integrated live event tactics to direct traffic to our products. This marriage of business and design is ultimately what lead to my career in product design. I was able to triple the social media presence, simplify the onboarding for ticket sales, increase live event interactions, and ultimately increase ticket sales by creating this new digital experience.
