UNE Online marked my entry into educational digital strategy beyond sports, where I focused on making online learning more enticing and boosting conversions in a rapidly expanding market. I developed and executed a digital onboarding strategy to simplify the student journey: streamlining landing pages for clearer, more compelling pathways; integrating robust analytics to map and optimize user flows; and creating a cohesive, multi-channel experience across email, web, print, and environmental touchpoints. This holistic approach reduced friction in discovery and enrollment, making online education feel more accessible and appealing—directly supporting higher conversion rates and sustained growth in UNE's online programs amid strong industry demand for flexible, high-quality higher ed options.
