Evernorth/Cigna

Evernorth/Cigna proved to be one of my biggest challenges to date. I was tasked with taking a legacy site and incrementally improving it while navigating large technical limitations. This was achieved through the introduction of agile methodologies such as discovery, sprint planning, and design thinking principles. I had the privilege to be able to conduct user research as well as utilize research from other collaborators to tackle the challenges we faced with this product. I was able to improve feature utilization, particularly with their claims system, by over 30 percent, saving the company millions in call center reductions.
